Product purchased can be returned in 14 days if the product is unused, in its original packaging and including all tags and the invoice.To start the return process, please send an e-mail to info@aikaconcept.com, in order to notify us. Please include your name, order number and a short description of why the product will be returned or exchanged.Necessary instructions to follow will be sent to your mail. After we receive the return and determine whether or not your product is in returnable condition, we will notify you via e-mail. Refund of the purchase will be made within 10 days. However, if the product is not in suitable conditions for return, it will be sent back to your address and the shipping cost for ineligible requests is under the responsibility of the customer.
