You can return your products that have not exceeded 14 days from the date you received your order, that have not been removed and have not been used, and that are not resalable, together with all their accessories and invoices, by first sending an informational e-mail to info@aikaconcept.com and then following the procedures. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a cash payment. For this reason, we recommend that you try your products as soon as possible so that they do not deteriorate when they reach you and send back those that you think are not suitable as stated above. According to the Distance Sales Agreement, the payment for the returned product will be made to the credit card you used for the purchase within 10 business days. After your refund is approved by us, you need to follow up the entire process within these 10 business days by contacting your bank.
