3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

Delivery Type: Delivery to Address
Orders received after 14:00 are processed the next business day and delivered to the cargo company on behalf of the recipient or a 3rd party specified by the recipient within 2 business days. After your product is delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo, delivery time varies depending on the distance. More detailed information about when the order will arrive is notified on the first business day after the cargo is shipped.
4. PERIOD OF VALIDITY
The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. The prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period. After this date, the Seller is warned that the information and promises given in this form are not adhered to.
After this preliminary information form is read and accepted by the Consumer in electronic environment, the phase of establishing a consumer contract will begin.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In distance contracts related to the sale of goods, the consumer has the right to reject the goods and withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to him/her or to the person/institution at the address he/she indicated. The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by registered mail, fax, telephone or e-mail to the address stated above within 14 days and the product/products must be undamaged as they reached the BUYER. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the copy of the cargo delivery report stating that the product/products delivered to the ORDERER/BUYER were sent to the SELLER and the original invoice must be returned to the SELLER. The price of the product/products will be returned to the ORDERER/BUYER within 10 days following the receipt of these documents. If the right of withdrawal is used within 14 days, the product/products will be returned to the SELLER by the CUSTOMER/BUYER via cargo and in this case, the cargo fee belongs to the SELLER. In case of use of this right;
a) the invoice of the product delivered to the person or the BUYER,
b) Return form,
c) The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
d) The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the buyer indebted to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
e) If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to his fault.
6. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1) The BUYER declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and preliminary information regarding delivery of the contractual product on the website https://aikaconcept.com/ and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. By confirming this Preliminary Information electronically, the BUYER confirms that he/she has obtained the address that should be given to the BUYER by the SELLER before the conclusion of distance contracts, the basic characteristics of the ordered products, the price of the products including taxes, payment and delivery information correctly and completely.
6.2) In distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to notify the BUYER that the right of withdrawal has been used within this period in writing to the e-mail address info@aikaconcept.com or to the full address at MASLAK MAH. AOS 55. SK. B BLOCK NO: 4 İÇ KAPI NO: 542 KOLEKTİF HOUSE SARIYER/ İSTANBUL or via a continuous data carrier. The right of withdrawal period starts from the day the consumer receives the goods in contracts related to the delivery of goods, and from the day the contract is concluded in other contracts.
6.3) The SELLER is responsible for delivering the contractual product to Yurtiçi Kargo company in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and together with the warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
6.4) SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price by informing the BUYER and obtaining his/her explicit approval before the expiration of the performance obligation arising from the contract.
6.5) If the SELLER cannot fulfill its contractual obligations in the event that the fulfillment of the ordered product or service becomes impossible, it shall notify the consumer of this situation before the expiration of the contractual obligation and refund the total price to the BUYER within 14 days.
6.6) This Preliminary Information Form must be confirmed electronically for the delivery of the product. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
6.7) If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the product to the SELLER due to the unfair or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons for reasons not caused by the BUYER's fault after the delivery of the product, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to him. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
6.8) If the SELLER cannot deliver the contracted product within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or interruption of transportation, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights: cancellation of the order, replacement of the contracted product with a similar one, if any, and/or postponement of the delivery period until the elimination of the impeding circumstances. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid shall be paid to the BUYER in cash and in a single transaction within 14 days.
7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise his/her right of withdrawal in the following contracts.
a) There is no right of withdrawal in Distance Contracts stated in Article 2/2 of the “Distance Contracts Regulation” which was published in the Official Gazette dated 11.2014 and numbered 29188 and entered into force.
b) The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the contracts/goods and services listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, which entered into force upon publication in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188.
8. No additional costs are incurred to consumers in relation to the fee schedule due to the use of the website you use to place an order.
9. CONSUMER COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
You can make your applications to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Board or Consumer Court where you purchased the goods or services or where you reside, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade every December.
